關(guān)于美國企業(yè)對涉華特定高密度光纖設(shè)備及其組件提起337調(diào)查申請的通告
2020年2月24日，美國 Corning Optical Communications LLC根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定高密度光纖設(shè)備及其組件（High-Density Fiber Optic Equipment and ComponentsThereof）侵犯了其專利權(quán)。

預(yù)計ITC將于2020年3月21日左右決定是否立案調(diào)查。一旦ITC發(fā)布普遍排除令及禁止令，所有企業(yè)的涉案產(chǎn)品都將無法進入美國市場。
